Basic Surgical Skills Workshop 2025

“BASIC SURGICAL SKILLS WORKSHOP” was successfully concluded on July 21, 2025, at the Samson Rajapakse Auditorium with over 75 medical officers in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology participating.

The workshop was well-organised by Dr Prabath Randombage and Dr Buddhika Asela on behalf of the SLCOG under the leadership of Dr S P Akmeemana, President of the SLCOG.
The main resource persons for the day were Dr Kanishka Karunarathne and Dr. Gayan Ekanayake.  Dr E K M P Edirisinghe, was also joined the workshop to facilitate as a resource person.
