14^th SAFOG Conference on "Cutting Edge Management in ObsGyn"

The 14^th SAFOG (South Asian Federation of Obstetric & Gynaecology) Conference was successfully held in association with the Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecological Societies of India (FOGSI), hosted by the Mumbai Obstetrics and Gynaecological Society from 22^nd Sept – 24^th Sept 2023 at the Taj Lands End Hotel, Bandra, Mumbai, India. This time, under the theme ” Cutting Edge Management in ObsGyn”, SAFOG has organized five pre-congress workshops with the leading academic programme. SLCOG, as a prominent national society under SAFOG, nominated Dr Gayani Tissera and Dr Oshadhi Nallaperuma for the SAFOG Young Gynaecologist Award, and we are pleased to announce that Dr Gayani Tissera was awarded the SAFOG Young Gynaecologist Award 2023. Further, Dr Gayani Tissera conquered Sir Sabaratnam Arulkumaran 3^rd Prize for Best Free Communication at the 14th SAFOG Conference.
