Chanting of Pirith for Overnight and Alms Giving 2023

To mark the opening of the new office building complex of the Sri Lanka College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, a Pirith Chanting ceremony was held overnight on 8th December and concluded with almsgiving to 15 Buddhist monks.
The event was attended by the past presidents, fellows and college members with their families.
Under the guidance of Prof Sanath Lanerolle, the hospital staff from the Castle Street Hospital for Women joined hands to make this spiritual event a success.
