Sri Lanka College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists hosted a Hands-on Workshop on Obstetric Emergencies for first year and third year registrars in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. The workshop was held on 16th January 2025 at the Ground Floor Auditorium of the SLCOG House.

The main facilitator for the workshop was Dr Sanjeewa Padumadasa, Consultant Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, Sheffield Teaching Hospital in the NHS, United Kingdom.
The workshop was well coordinated by Dr S P Akmeemana, President of SLCOG, Dr A Sritharan, Chairman, Scientific Activities & Research SLCOG and Prof Rasika Herath, Chairman Continuous Professional Development, SLCOG.
