Promoting medical education in Sri Lanka

The chairman and president of SLCOG in discussing with Prof. Chris Senanayake from Houston university with honorable minister susil premajayanth, and honourable minister Channa Jayasumana about promoting medical education in Sri Lanka and new drug inventions and innovations startups of new pharmacological active ingredients in Sri Lanka.

The committee also decided to fund the existing NRC project of snake venom synthesis and studied the possibility of manufacturing and marketing anti-venom serum.
